Our research team had the opportunity to present our work at Pflege CON 2026 at the TUM Klinikum Rechts der Isar.
It was a valuable experience to engage with healthcare professionals from across Germany and exchange ideas on how to advance healthcare systems, particularly when it comes to improving the working lives of nurses.
